About the opportunity
Support iCheetah Logtech Zambia's fleet and cross-border transport operations in Kitwe, following vehicle, cargo, customs-clearance and transport-documentation status.
Key responsibilities
Follow up vehicle, cargo and documentation status; support customs and transit-clearance processes; maintain vehicle records and operational summaries; coordinate with drivers, clearing agents, customers and internal teams; follow up delays, clearance issues and missing documents.
Requirements / eligibility
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; logistics, transport or fleet experience preferred; familiarity with customs clearance, transit clearance and cross-border transport; Excel/Word skills; strong communication and problem solving.
