Fleet Operations Supervisor (2)

About the opportunity

Supervise day-to-day cross-border fleet operations for dry-cargo movements between Zambia, the DRC and Tanzania, with responsibility for staff, drivers, dispatch and turnaround performance.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet operations; monitor truck movements, dispatches and deliveries; supervise drivers and operational staff; verify truck documentation before dispatch; monitor driver performance and compliance; follow up cross-border delays and operational issues.

Requirements / eligibility

Relevant transport/logistics qualification and practical fleet-operations experience, including cross-border movements. Strong supervision, documentation, communication and operational problem-solving capability. Salary indicated at ZMW 8,000–10,000 gross per month.
