Logistics Dispatcher Specialist (Officer)

About the opportunity
Coordinate daily vehicle dispatching and in-transit transport operations for local and long-distance movements, ensuring loads are allocated, tracked and delivered on schedule.
Key responsibilities
Schedule orders and allocate loads; dispatch vehicles and crews; track vehicles and cargo in transit; resolve delays and incidents; manage PODs, waybills and consignment records; coordinate with drivers, transporters and 3PL providers; compile operational performance reports.
Requirements / eligibility
1–3 years' hands-on experience in logistics dispatch, route planning or transport operations; familiarity with TMS is advantageous; strong knowledge of road networks and transport corridors; strong communication, negotiation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
