Support Qatar Airways passenger and airport operations at Lusaka, delivering customer service across check-in, boarding, arrivals, departures, special services and baggage handling.
Key responsibilities
Provide passenger service during check-in, boarding, arrivals and departures; coordinate with check-in teams, transfer desks, handling agents and airport stakeholders; direct passengers to immigration, gates, lounges and other facilities; support safe, secure and efficient airport operations.
Requirements / eligibility
